LOVED THIS TEMPLATE!! I like to stick to my running program and supplement weight training throughout the week. This comprehensive two day per wk full body template allows me to do just that! Oh soreness will be involved, but the 2x/wk frequency allows ample time for recovery. Love it. I will definitely be using this for a long time.
